How Shopblips handles your information
Craez LLC, Montana, United States, operates Shopblips. This notice explains the information used by the website and approved accounts, the providers involved, and your choices.
Information used by the service
The public directory contains store domains, public links, observed technology and dated checks.
For approved accounts, the service handles identity and session information, search choices, list names and store IDs, credit and delivery history, and payment references. General signup and paid activation are not open yet.
An available store profile may include supplied business names, country or category labels, product counts, technology observations and selected public contact evidence. Available fields vary by record.
Why the information is used
Account information supports sign-in and authorized access. Search and list information supports store research. Delivery, credit and payment records support the account balance and purchased access. Transactional email supports account and purchase messages where enabled.
Information supplied in a request is used to understand the issue and verify the requested action. Optional public analytics is separate from these account tasks.
Control optional website analytics
Optional Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 do not load until you allow analytics on an eligible public page. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice.
Choose whether to allow analytics
The website saves Allow or Reject in this browser’s local storage. A different browser, or cleared browser data, may require a new choice.
If you allow analytics
The public analytics setup loads on its listed HTTPS pages without a query string or fragment. Its page settings use the public page address and reduce an outside referrer to its website address. Advertising-related consent, Google signals and ad personalization remain disabled in this setup.
If you later change to Reject
The site stops future tag loading and tries to clear the analytics cookies it can access. If the tags were already loaded, the page reloads to stop them.
Earlier provider data is a separate request
Changing the browser choice does not by itself erase information already sent to an analytics provider. An account or data-deletion request is a separate action.
Browser storage for sign-in and research
Necessary session information supports account sign-in. Some sign-in state is stored temporarily in the browser, and the service uses a protected session cookie.
The signed-in app keeps search filters and the requested quantity in browser session storage. That search state is cleared on sign-out or an account change. Account lists retain their names and store IDs as part of the service.
A download contains the fields offered by that view. The public directory’s CSV contains all seven listed records; signed-in list downloads use the displayed records supplied to that view.
Providers that support these tasks
Hosting, security and provider request processing are separate from optional analytics. This notice does not claim that rejecting analytics stops every type of service processing.
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Sites / Cloudflare | Website hosting, edge delivery and related service processing. |
| AWS / Cognito | Account authentication and account/API services. |
| Sign-in when selected, optional public analytics under the browser choice, and support and privacy emails through Google Workspace. | |
| Stripe | Hosted checkout and the configured billing portal. |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery. |
Account retention and deletion targets
The approved account policy is to retain information while needed to provide the service. Its targets are account and user-profile deletion within 30 days of a verified request, backup expiry within 90 days, and retention of closed support records for 12 months. The complete deletion and retention operations are still being verified.
Only purchase, tax, security or dispute records needed for legal obligations or disputes may remain as exceptions, kept separate from marketing. An access restriction, credit expiry or email retry period is not proof that account data was deleted.
Account deletion ends access and forfeits unused credits after clear confirmation. Canceling a subscription is a different action that keeps the account and its existing credit expiry rules. Deleting an account does not automatically remove a store record from the shared research catalog.
Prepare the right data request
Say whether the request concerns your account information or deletion, or a correction or removal of a store record. Include the relevant account or record reference, the specific information at issue and the result you want. Verification may be needed before account data is disclosed or changed.
Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, API keys or full payment-card details with a request. Do not attach identity documents unless they are specifically needed for verification.

Frequently asked questions
Does rejecting analytics stop account or hosting processing?
No. Optional analytics is separate from the processing needed for website delivery, security, sign-in, research and billing tasks.
How do I change my analytics choice?
Use Analytics preferences in the footer. The choice is stored in this browser; changing it does not automatically erase earlier provider-held data.
Does account deletion remove a store listing?
Account deletion concerns the account and user profile. Identify a store-record correction or removal as a separate request.
What should I include in a privacy request?
Provide the relevant account or record reference, the information at issue and the action you want. Keep passwords, tokens, keys and full payment-card details out of the request.
