Shopblips terms of service
Craez LLC, Montana, United States, operates Shopblips. These terms explain the account, credit, purchase, cancellation and deletion rules.
Current access and account use
Access is limited to approved accounts. General signup and paid activation are not open yet.
Use only the access authorized for your account. Supported Shopblips tools share its credit balance and store-unlock history. Switching tools does not create a new allowance or restore revoked access.
Available tools are included in every offer. A planned connection is not a promise that it is already available.
When a credit is used
One credit is used when a store profile new to your account is delivered. Search can deliver profiles and use credits before you export anything. Different domain aliases for the same store do not create additional store charges.
While your access remains valid, reopening a store already unlocked for your account costs no extra credit. It returns the saved copy you received earlier, not a new check or updated details.
Monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases
The free allowance is 25 credits monthly. A paid monthly subscription and a one-time pay-as-you-go pack are separate choices. Review the USD price, credit allowance, renewal terms and expiry before confirming a purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew by billing month unless canceled. Monthly credits reset at the billing-period boundary without rollover. The plans do not set a daily unlock cap; technical request and export controls still apply.
One-time packs do not renew or turn into a subscription automatically. Saving a payment method alone does not authorize a separate purchase. Existing purchases keep their agreed terms.
Payment confirmation and credit grants depend on the verified payment record, not just a checkout return page. Keep the purchase reference if a payment or credit balance needs to be checked.
Cancel a subscription without deleting your account
Cancellation stops future paid renewals and paid credit grants. The account then returns to the eligible free policy under its normal period rules.
In-app cancellation is the approved request method. Its complete public request process is still being verified.
Keep the account and eligible existing credits
Ordinary cancellation does not delete your account, remove unexpired credits early or remove access to eligible previously unlocked store copies.
Each credit type keeps its original expiry
Unused monthly credits keep their original billing-period-end expiry. Unused one-time credits keep the expiry attached to that purchase batch. Cancellation does not combine the balances or make them permanent.
A one-time pack keeps its purchase-based expiry
Each pack expires six calendar months from its server-verified purchase time. Six calendar months is not a fixed 180-day period.
A later purchase does not extend an older pack
Each pack keeps its own expiry date. Buying another pack or canceling a subscription does not reset an older pack’s expiry.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Shopblips does not offer voluntary refunds. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed purchase or an unused part of a paid period.
This policy does not reduce refund rights or other remedies that applicable law requires. A confirmed refund or payment dispute may separately affect access linked to that purchase; ordinary cancellation is a different action.
Account deletion and retention targets
Deleting an account ends access and forfeits unused credits, including unexpired one-time credits. The request must clearly explain those consequences before you confirm. Cancel the subscription instead if you want to stop renewals while keeping the account.
The approved policy target is to delete the account and user profile within 30 days of a verified deletion request, let backups expire within 90 days, and retain closed support records for 12 months. The full request, deletion and retention process is still being verified.
Purchase, tax, security or dispute records may remain only as needed for legal obligations or disputes, kept separate from marketing. Correcting or removing a store listing is a different request from deleting a customer account.
Use store information within its limits
Store details are observations at the stated times. They do not guarantee completeness, current merchant needs, a contact person’s authority or buying intent. First observed does not mean the business launched on that date.
A store record does not itself give permission for outreach, advertising-audience uploads or unrestricted redistribution. Keep account credentials private and follow the access restrictions that apply to your account.
Support and request availability
The public Shopblips contact form is not open yet. For support or a privacy request, email hello@shopblips.com.
Frequently asked questions
Does a one-time pack renew?
No. It is a separate purchase. A monthly subscription requires its own deliberate choice.
What happens to unused credits when I cancel?
Monthly credits keep their original billing-period-end expiry. One-time credits keep their original six-calendar-month purchase expiry. Ordinary cancellation does not remove them early or extend them.
Does reopening a store update its details?
An eligible repeat returns the saved copy you received earlier without another store credit. Reopening is not a fresh check or a promise of updated information.
Does cancellation give me a refund?
Cancellation does not automatically refund a purchase or unused period. The policy offers no voluntary refunds and preserves rights that applicable law requires.
How is deletion different from cancellation?
Deletion ends account access and forfeits unused credits after clear confirmation. Cancellation keeps the account and the existing credit expiry rules.
